Price It
Well-presented homes have the highest likelihood of getting top dollar when they enter the real estate market. During my initial consultation, I will discuss with you current market trends and highlight similar properties to yours that have sold. In addition, I will suggest home improvements that can increase the value of your home, create a marketing strategy to bring buyers to your property, and explain all aspects of the contracts and regulations of real estate transactions. Finally, we will need to discuss how real estate disclosures can affect your individual selling process.

Prepare It
After our initial consultation, we will work together to showcase your home to the market. After receiving the listing agreement, we will work together to implement all of the goals we had during our first discussion and get your home ready for open houses and marketing. Depending on your needs, this may include staging, professional photography, small or large home repairs, and any other inspections to ensure that we are presenting your home in the best light possible. At this time, we also set a timeframe for completing the transaction.

Advertise It
The most daunting part of the process, is advertising and listing your home so that potential buyers can come see it. Working with the privacy of my clients is of utmost importance to ensure that open houses run smoothly and professionally. As such, I will list your home on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), create advertisings to run digitally and in print, install lockboxes and signs indicating that your home is for sale, and promote the property with my vast network of qualified realtors and prospective buyers.

Negotiate It
The negotiating part of a real estate transaction is usually where most deals fall apart. For this reason, due diligence is very important when we are receiving and evaluating offers. As your agent, it will be my duty to analyze the financial viability of the offer, check the credit worthiness of the buyer, verify all disclosures, ensure that the property is following city and state regulations, and begin the escrow and loan process. With all of this information I will strive to help you select the best offer for your property. Managing all of these activities effectively often means the difference between a successful sale and a potentially frustrating experience.

Close It
Once you are happy with a selected offer, comes the last step in representing you as your real estate agent. I will coordinate with the buyer’s agent, escrow officers, and loan officers to ensure a smooth transaction. Additionally, I will help you navigate through any addendums, counteroffers, or amendments that can pop-up during the closing stages.

Move In
This is my favorite part of the process. Seeing my clients successfully navigate the selling of their home and the positive emotions that come with a feat is the reason why I wake up to do my job every day.
